1. General Terms and Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "dp444" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at dp444.app and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers, deposits, or participates in any activity on dp444.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened by an individual upon successful completion of the dp444 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳), excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, deposit match amounts, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by dp444 subject to applicable wagering conditions.
• "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-funded bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player on dp444, including casino games, sports betting events, and instant-win rounds.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" refers to UTC+6, the official time zone of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, which governs all time-sensitive provisions of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on dp444 at the time a bonus is offered, form the complete agreement between dp444 and the Player. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail only in respect of that promotion and only for its stated duration.

dp444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the email address associated with their account and/or via a platform notice. Continued use of dp444 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The dp444 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old. dp444 reserves the right to request age verification documentation — including a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — at any point during a Player's lifecycle on the platform. Accounts where the Player is found to be under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method in accordance with applicable procedures.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

dp444 is operated as an online gaming platform primarily serving the Bangladesh market. By registering, you confirm that your use of dp444 does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance in your jurisdiction of residence. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in their place of residence before registering or placing any wager.

2.3 Registration Process

To open a dp444 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event that any submitted detail changes. dp444 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on dp444 at any one time. Opening more than one account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. dp444 will merge or close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion, and any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts will be voided in full. Real-money balances from confirmed duplicate accounts may be returned to the originating payment method following a review period.

3. Account Obligations and Security

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dp444 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. dp444 will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dp444 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

dp444 may, at any time, require a Player to complete identity verification (commonly referred to as "Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawals, lifting deposit limits, or continuing account access. Requested documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension until verification is completed.

3.3 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided to dp444 — including during registration, KYC, and any subsequent update — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information to circumvent security checks, age verification, or bonus eligibility rules is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

dp444 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to and from select Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is always displayed on the deposit and withdrawal screens within your account.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on dp444 is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance in real time, typically within 30 seconds of a successful transaction. Card and bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. dp444 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which dp444 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 4.4 Disputed Transactions

In the event of a disputed or unrecognised transaction on your account, you must notify dp444 support via live chat or email within 72 hours of the transaction date. dp444 will investigate and respond with a resolution within 5 business days. Chargebacks or reversal requests initiated directly through a payment provider without first contacting dp444 support may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

dp444 offers a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The minimum deposit required to activate the welcome bonus is ৳500. The welcome bonus is available only to players who have not previously held an account on dp444, and only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds, including the welcome bonus and any subsequent reload or seasonal bonus, are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each specific promotion is published in the promotion's individual terms, which are accessible at the time the bonus is claimed. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account automatically.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, dp444 will investigate and, where appropriate, void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. dp444 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player's own internet connectivity issues, device failure, or power interruption. In the event of a server-side malfunction, dp444's records of game outcomes will be the authoritative reference for any settlement decision.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following actions are strictly prohibited on dp444 and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and knowledge.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, navigate the platform, or claim bonuses without human interaction.
• Engaging in match-fixing, betting fraud, or any form of coordinated collusion with other players to guarantee outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing errors to gain an unfair financial advantage — commonly referred to as "advantage play" in breach of these Terms.
• Attempting to launder funds through the dp444 platform by depositing and withdrawing without engaging in genuine gameplay.
• Using the platform for any activity that violates the laws of Bangladesh, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of prohibited activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dp444 support staff or other players via any communication channel.

dp444 actively monitors account activity for indicators of the above-listed prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, dp444 may immediately suspend the account, void all pending and settled bets from the affected period, withhold or forfeit any balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities in Bangladesh. The Player accepts that dp444's determination in such matters, following a reasonable investigation, is final.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

A Player may request closure of their dp444 account at any time by contacting the live chat support team or emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, dp444 will process any pending withdrawals of real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method and close the account. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Closure for Breach of Terms

dp444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, where the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions. In cases of confirmed fraud, the use of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, dp444 may withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation and may refer the matter to appropriate authorities.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who request self-exclusion through dp444's Responsible Gaming tools will have their accounts closed or restricted for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt. During an active self-exclusion period, the Player may not open a new account on dp444. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. dp444 will notify the Player at their registered email address before applying any dormancy administration charge. The dormancy charge, where applicable, will not exceed ৳200 per month and will not reduce the balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
